A little late on this, but a quick call-out to Yuqin for his very exciting paper looking at the use of confidential computing architectures (CCA) in edge computing systems, published at EdgeSys 2024 this past April in Greece. The paper generated quite a bit of excitement at the workshop and you can sure we’ll be looking further into this area shortly. You can read the paper here.
